I had a follow up to this but it didn't seem appropriate.
Haha just kidding, bad timing is my middle name.
so the story behind this gif can be found if you google oozinator. it was a super soaker product in late 90s or early 2000s, and frankly it was very very poorly designed. and questionable all around.
