I missed seeing it at the theater, what a shame. I haven't read such great reviews on a horror film for some time, and I don't think it's hype.

I have to honest after leaving the theatre having watched it i was, to a extent underwhelmed. I think i gave in too much to the MASSIVE hype around it. Im just glad i didn't do the same with Prometheus.

It's more Joss Whedon than straight horror, but it's beautifully done.

just watched this on dvd tonight and it is as almost over hyped as "The Blair Witch Project"! i don't get it maybe it's because i'm old but i thought it was CRAP! did not understand it and it did absolutely nothing for me.
