Riddler. I never liked Carnage. Or Venom, for that matter. I mean it's common for comic book writers to milk a fan-favorite villain 'til he's teet-dry, but to have Spider-Man's suit turn out to be a parasitic alien who breaks off a piece which, in turn, also becomes a villain? As Ed Lover would say, "C'mon, son!"

Definitely The Riddler. He was also always one of my all time favorite villains.

I like Carnage, however my vote is Riddler. He is my favorite of Batman's rogues and one of my all time favorite comic characters. Except when they made him an antihero and he was solving crimes and stuff, that Riddler sucks. Give me the Dark Knight, Dark City version of Riddler any day
