Topic: HM Superhero Event
With the amount of superhero movies out this summer, I thought it was cool to start a Superhero Event and you guys can post your nominations too. So with that being said, heres the nomination list. Remember to vote, and I'll square them off by Saturday. Favorite Superhero-

Fav actor: Robert Downey Jr (Iron Man)
Fav villain: Heath Ledger (Joker) Comic book you'd like to see as a movie...?? There are quite a few, but Iron Fist or Lobo would be my top 2.

Favorite comic book movie- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turles & Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker Directors Cut
Favorite comic book death- Jason Todd because he sucked and fans voted for him to die
Favorite superhero actor- Ron Perlman
Favorite supervillain actor- Heath Ledger
Comic book you'd like to see incorporated as movie: The Goon, Animal Man, or a good version of Daredevil. Chew would be a great TV series.

Favorite comic book movie - hard to choose. Off-hand my favorites so far have been Superman '78, Spider-Man 2, Captain America: The First Avenger, Iron Man, Watchmen, The Dark Knight
Favorite comic book death - The death of the Red Skull in Captain America #300
Favorite superhero actor - Chris Reeves as Superman, RDJ as Iron Man, Michael Chiklis as The Thing, Wesley Snipes as Blade, Haley Atwell as Peggy Carter (nummy!)
Favorite supervillain actor - Heath Ledger as Joker, Hugo Weaving as Red Skull, Alfred Molina as Dr. Octopus
Comic book you'd like to see incorporated as movie - Daredevil, done the right way. If I were to write and direct a DD flick it would be tons of hardcore MMA-type fighting, rooftop free running, gritty, dark and violent, the way DD's supposed to be. Ben Affleck played him well enough in '02 but the story and direction were sorely lacking.

Agreed. Mark Waid is doing one hell of a job on the current comic, I just wish they would get off their ass and find someone to make the movie the right way
