Topic: I am searching for a particular horror movie

Hello everyone,

I am searching for a particular horror movie. I can't remember the title and I can only vague remember the story.

I think the film startet off with a party on an affield landhouse. I think the party is given by some vampire-monster-witches-something chicks which kill everyone except one guy who has to survive till dawn. It is possible that he commited suicide just before sunrise, I  really don't remember that well. What I can remember though is that he hid in a room with signs (maybe made of blood) on the wall which prevented the vampire-monster-witches-something chicks from coming into the room. I think he can't escape the house till dawn because all doors are somehow locked. I remember a little twist at the end.

Hints:
It is not Saw.
It is not House on Haunted Hill.
It is not From Dusk Till Dawn.
It is not Evil Dead.

It is no teeny slasher movie.

The film had to be made around 2007 - 2009. At least that was when I first saw it.

Please help me out here!

Sounds a lot more like an episode of the TV show Supernatural.  Did it have either of these guys in it:

I have a guilty obsession for both Edward Furlong and Corey Feldman!  haha   And it was a decent remake, I liked it  smile

Another one of those Halloween movies I'm a sucka for.  Thought this was an enjoyable entertaining movie and I liked it quite a bit.  Moreso than the original which was great of course.

I also liked it quite a bit, not as much as the original though. I did think the updated "lipstick" scene was better in the remake LOL
