About- Central Valley Horror Club
Kaci Hansen founded Central Valley Horror Club in 2008. The club hosts numerous events throughout Central California, including free monthly horror movie nights, and other horror-themed concerts and events. The Central Valley Horror Club is proud to be the creators of Central California's first-ever zombie-themed event, the Visalia Zombie Ball & Crawl, as well as Visalia's first vampire-themed event, the Visalia Vampire Ball, and the Visalia Monster Mash.
The primary goals of Central Valley Horror Club are to not only unite existing fans of the horror genre, but to also reach out to new ones while providing unique, affordable and all-ages entertainment to the entire Central Valley. The club believes that enriching their community by hosting offbeat participatory events is far more rewarding than focusing on monetary gain. For these reasons, it is extremely important that they keep their events low budget, if not free of charge. They earnestly strive to give attendees an opportunity to explore their creative sides by developing great costumes and getting into character.
