Not horror either, but Wild at Heart had that random scene with those naked large chicks running by / dancing / singing, at the trailer park.  Great movie too.

^ Came out in 1990.  Nicolas Cage (when he was still way cool), Laura Dern and Willem Dafoe.  Directed by David Lynch.  GREAT dialogue and memorable lines I still quote.

Tarantino's Death Proof has some real nice Busty girls.  Not fat by any means but definitely a little bustier than your typical horror girl.
