Topic: The most.... surrealistic, craziest and defies total madness films

I'm kinda getting into these weird surrealist films (Begotten, Eraserhead, Videodrome...) and these psychological horror films (Jacob's Ladder, Rosemary's Baby, The Shining...) and I want to find the films that are the craziest among all of these psychological and surrealist horror films there.
Like terror is present every where and there is total madness and fear in the characters and such stuffs. Like WASC remake and TBWP....
So what films do you propose me towatch from my goût du film?

In the Mouth of Madness is crazy and surrealist like Videodrome...also check out Brain Dead (1990... not to be with confused with the Peter Jackson movie), but if you want a real head trip of a movie check out Suspiria.  A Nightmare brought to life on the screen!

Most of these are so inept they defy logic.  Some are just so weird you're left thinking, "What the heck was that?"  A few have premises that even I couldn't come up with in a fevered nightmare state.
