Nice pickup on 'Hardware'!

I'd add 'Syngenor' and 'Split Second' (yeah, yeah, everyone hates Split Second), but I wouldn't replace any on your list.

Good list, I would maybe drop District 9 and add Invasion of the BodySnatchers (78)

Some worth a mention is Alien Raiders, The Blob (88), Altered and Feast...oh and The Deadly Spawn!

Jurassic park so scary as a kid not so much now, but still a good movie.  All good movies, except I havent' seen hardware.  I love the fly.  It is super disgusting though and hard to watch at times.

-Blade Runner (1982) has this very weird, dark thing which disturbs me.
-Predator (1987)
-Predator II (1990)
-Predators (2010)
-Altered States (1980) was weirdly scary.
-Videodrome (1983) was so bizarre the it scared me so much.
-Event Horizon (1997) was P.W.S. Anderson's best film.
