I posted my list earleir and thought about it and realized I disagreed with my own list.  I deleted it and decided to repost my official list.  Hey, its 2am and i'm bored...

The best War/battle film ever is the anime Grave of the Fireflies.  It may also be one ofthe most depressing movies ever. 
My other 9 in no particular order:

Seven Samurai
Braveheart
Full Metal Jacket
Kingdom of Heaven (Directors Cut. It's sooo much better than the theatrical cut)

King Arthur
