A Serbian Film Uncut

Is there an uncensored release for this film in north america? I watched a bootlegged copy of it a while ago. But it seems the DVD and blu-ray release are censored. I saw two different DVDs on amazon.ca but have the same reviews so I can't tell if there is actually a difference. There's no way I'm buying a censored copy, that's freaking BS.
