I would say Charles Lee Ray aka The Lakeshore Strangler aka Chucky the killer doll. Back in the day Brad Douriff was a pretty good looking dude and I always pictured him as an aging Matthew Broderick with long hair.

Loved Veidt in The Man Who Laughs.  Looked creepy as hell in that flick.

As for the subject at hand, after reading some of these posts I'm a bit confused.  In the topic title you're asking for the sexiest male killers in horror...but a lof of the responses, including your own, are more just good-looking men who work in the horror genre in general, playing killers OR heroes.

So which is it?  Sexy killers, or good-looking actors in horror in general?

Yes, but then you included MacReady, Arnie and Paxton -- none of whom were killers in their films.  MacReady and Paxton were the heroes in their films, not villainous killers, and Arnie never killed anyone.  All he did was sit behind the wheel.  Christine did all the driving.

So I ask again, what's it going to be: sexy killers, or good-looking guys who appear in horror films in general?
