Ti West hit another home run with Innkeepers so I'm with him, I think Rob Zombie is still in the infancy of his directing career and Oren Peli has some great things ahead of him, too

Can't wait to see American Mary it looks right up my ally. I never saw their first feature though.
I agree with those who said Ti West as well.
I would have to browse through my movies to see how else I can't really think of any off the top of my head at the moment.
