Topic: Shower Scene

My girlfriend just told me that when she was 6 she was flipping through Cable stations (around 1984) and saw a scene that to this day makes it difficult for her to take showers in tiled bathrooms.

I'm trying to track the movie down. I've gone through this thread: http://www.horror-movies.ca/Forum/viewtopic.php?id=8051 but didn't find it.

She describes it as a shower scene where a young woman with light colored hair is standing in a tiled shower when hands burst through the walls.

This is all she can remember, but people here seem very knowledgeable so I've no doubt someone will be able to help.

Nothing came to mind, so I looked around some, but didn't find anything.

There is a similar scene in "Day of the Dead," but it doesn't occur in a shower.

Great find Aza. I showed her, and her eyes lit up, but unfortunately that's not the one she saw.

I mentioned to Az it sounds like an amalgamation of The Prowler and Day of the Dead.

There is a distinct possibility that she is confused. Or that it may even be a television show or something really obscure. I do appreciate everyone wracking their brains on our behalf. I'm glad I found this great site.

Could it be Scary Movie 4? Theirs a scene in SM4 where the girl is showering and a a hand comes out her hair and starts shaving and scrubbing her hair. Bad movie, but I'll admit the scene was pretty funny.
