I cast my vote for Nosferatu. Too me it's the pinnacle of Dracula adaptations. Anyone every watch Dracule from 1931 that was filmed all in spanish? It was filmed on the same set and at the same time as the the other Dracula, but it was all filmed at night though. It's also a great film, honestly I like the directing a little more than Browning's version. There's some great panoramic shots. Also the Nosferature remake from the 70's is pretty awesome too.
Edit: actually all the adaptations of Dracula you named are great.
