i like "Quatermass & The Pit" and " Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed" and " The Mummy" also think " These Are The Damned " is under rated.

Awesome It just shows that you can make a great Scifi movie without CGI or a big budget. All you need is a good story and some great actors...

I have only seen three of those listed...as of now though I agree completely with your #1. The Devil Rides Out is on my watchlist for sure also.

im putting horror of dracula on my too watch next list now.
Thanks again for that nice list man, i'd like to watch all those sometime.
I thought that horror of dracula movie would of been in the dvd set called Dracula Legacy set. But i guess its not even part of the hammer stuff.
I have another hammer dvd set but horror of draculas not in there either tho.

I finally got to see it The horror of dracula today. At first i thought it was going to be abit crap ass. But i enjoyed it. an when i saw that dracula
i thought to myself "crap, that draculas one tall bastard.
he's gotta be the tallest son bitch i ever seen."
and my best favorite parts has to be when gertrude the maids screamin hysterically then professor helsing slaps the pis outta her, tellin her to get ahold of herself. ehe. The ending was good too.
So whatabout the other hammer dracula horrors? any of them as good or close to the horrors of dracula? I looked up on google today about hammer films an saw that theres tons of dracula films all with the same tall dracula.
Thanks again for getting me into hammer horrors, i think i'll watch the devil rides out next.

unfortunatly Tuna Flaps the others in the series aren't as good. In my opinion the next one " Dracula, Prince of Darkness" is proberly the best. the others meh! the worst is proberly " Dracula 1972 AD".

I'm glad you enjoyed it Tuna! Dracula, Prince of Darkness and Dracula has Risen from the Grave are also good. You might also enjoy Kronos the Vampire Killer

1. Curse of Frankenstein
2. Twins of Evil
3. The Devil Rides Out
4. The Vampire Lovers

Lol, i am reading some Hammer books at the moment thanks to my fav author Shaun Hutson who is now doing Hammer books. He last two books have been Hammers!

A very powerful top 10, DirtyGirl.
Two other titles that I like:
The Hound of the Baskervilles (1959) Probably one of the best version.
The Abominable Snowman (1957) A deep atmosphere of the unknown.

My favorite Hammer Dracula besides ''Horror'' is the Brides of Dracula. Also love Frankenstein Must be Destroyed...Cushing at his most evil.
