^^Oh man, the Laughs I get from Mr.Spray-on tan with the Big Hair....the first few times I watched that guy I was like...Ok...Credentials please...wiki'd him and he's basically a former bodybuilder...and has at least read one book (Chariot of the Gods?) possibly more than once.

I was just given tickets to Decibel Magazine's 100th issue anniversary Concert Headlined by Converge and Pig Destroyer...takes place in Philly in January...now I just have to make it down there. Boners gallore over here..

Have you ever heard of that show The Inbetweeners? It's a British tv show and an American version has recently been on MTV. It's refreshing to see something other than "16 and Pregnant" on MTV, though.

Of course, it's extremely funny (the British version, never seen the American one). The movie was bad though, actually very unfunny. And don't get me started on MTV, that channel basically has lost it.

As of today, I have been unemployed for exactly 2 1/2 years.
That's six months less than length of time I was in the army.
Six months longer than my longest relationship.
A year longer than it took me to sell my first script after first getting into screenwriting.
Two months longer than my relationship with my kid's mom.
Too much longer, and it'll be the length of time I serve in jail for assaulting the next person to piss me off.

I'd try to piss you off here, but I'm afraid of what type of assault may result. 
On an unrelated note, I took one of my pain meds tonight after picking up a bunch of soda for Vampy and whacking my back again. Took care of the pain, but I'm not all crazy-like the first time I took it. Is that normal, to get your head all messed up the first time and then be OK the 2nd time you take it? I don't know, since I mostly refuse to take any narcotic painkillers.

When taken infrequently, sure. I'd wager it had been a while since you'd taken a painkiller before that first one, yes? It's natural to get light-headed, loopy or even seemingly stoned. Hell, I took a vicodin for some dental extractions a few years back, it had been years since I'd taken any kind of painkiller, and my ass was out like a light within five minutes. Later my mom would tell me that on the ride home I kept staring out the passenger window discussing how the smoke coming from a factory beside the highway was shaped like Godzilla, but damn if I can remember any such thing.

Yep, a good 2 years since the surgery. Makes sense. Hopefully the next 2 weeks (Thanksgiving, Disney trip) will be low impact so I can heal up the back fully.
