Well, I do have to say I've never have heard of anyone getting charged for penis slapping. I can only imagine the cops receiving the call, "Ah, my husband just slapped me with his penis." This is too bizarre for even me to figure out.

(I have a story for you folks, it happened to me today on the way home from College - enjoy)
So, I was on the 75 (bus) home today and upstairs was full so I was forced to stand downstairs. There was this couple sitting on the seat together that faces away from the bus driver, they were too busy eating the face off each other - that's all you need to know. Anyway, this guy from some secondary school gets on and stands beside the couple (which are sitting down, remember) and a few stops later the bus driver stops the bus very quickly and the guy from the secondary school isn't holding onto anything and goes flying into the couple and he can't even get back up. He's just lying there on top of the two. Then when he finally manages to get back up, I burst out laughing on the bus and his face is fucking priceless.
It was probably the funniest thing I ever witnessed.

Just finished up with having my senior picture taken for my high school's yearbook. 'Twas a thirty minute, frustrating process that revolved around the position of the setting sun (meaning we had to get the picture taken before we ran out of light). Pictures...are my enemy.
edit - that's not why pictures are my enemy though. It's because I'm always told that I have to do silly things like "Smile wide" and "Say cheese!"
