Yeesh.  It's hard enough picking a top ten in ONE SPECIFIC genre, but mainstream in general?  No way.  There'll always be at least a couple dozen which slip my mind. lol

Two great flicks, each one of Chow Yun Fat's and Jackie Chan's absolute best flicks, respectively.
