Cool looking blog, HQ! Best of luck with your 365-Day Horror marathon. With my fickle ways, I know I would never be able to do it. Even just making sure to take the time out of everyday to pop in a horror flick takes some discipline (something I happen to lack ).

TCSM is a great way to start the year, too. One of the best horror films EVER.

Bookmarked your blog, followed you on twitter and look forward to a year of awesomeness.  I go for a couple hundred NEW horror films each year not to mention random rewatching.  This year has a lot of potential for theatrical releases and I can't wait.  We're only a day or two away from Texas Chainsaw!!!!

I'm a firm believer in watching originals first.  Just basic first come first served logic.  I'm passing around a few DVD copies of Maniac to my sister and her friends at college before the new one comes out.  Probably get Carrie circulating, too.

I enjoyed this, it wasn't spectacular but the kills were really good and that's the best thing about 80's slashers. The storyline wasn't particularly original and the killer wasn't very scary, ubt the atmosphere and really well-done kills made up for that.
