Ya know, I'm getting annoyed with my back hurting.  At least it's a different spot today.  I'd say "What a pain in the arse," but I'd probably jinx myself and sit on a tack tomorrow.

Vamps keeps rubbing the area and the muscle knot keeps coming back (shoulder blade area).  It's impinging on a nerve so that is the problem, but the cause is the knot.  Which I don't know why it keeps coming back.  Boggle boggle boggle.

I have to warn everyone, after 6 hours of this, I'm going to the muscle relaxant and cortisone.  So if I start spouting off about monkeys in your diapers, it's the drugs (unless you wear diapers and have monkeys in them, in which case you are on your own).  I hate taking these things, it's why I quite drinking in the first place.

Sorry I bitch so much here.  I'd normally do it on Skype but no one is there, and the family is asleep.  Hopefully I will be knocked out before I can gibber jabber too much, yes?

edit- don't worry about "get better" messages.  Instead, send a prayer (or whatever you do) to suffering children and abandoned pets.  The monkey is strong and can take pain- they are vulnerable and need our thoughts and love, even from afar.
