What about that crazy lady's bath in Phenomena. It sure looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Maybe Aza bumped her off before she had a chance to!

I'm thinking the scene from Profondo Rosso where the woman gets drowned/boiled to death in the washroom has to be my favourite. Very disturbing and it was also a key plot point.
