Re: Movies You Just Bought

^^ nice! It looks sweet, i've never seen the film myself but I looked it up. It obviously inspired the film "Island of Dr. Monroe"

Dont get you. You mean it was inspired/based on H.G Well's Island of Dr.Moreau (As it really was)

Re: Movies You Just Bought

^ No, I actully meant inspired the 1977 film "The island of Dr. Moreau". Sorry, im not a big reader, especially of sci-fi novels and am not as familiar as you with the work of H.G Wells. But I stand corrected, my sincerest apologies good sir. Have a nice day.

Re: Movies You Just Bought

So i took a chance and bought Sick Boy for $20 at walmart yesterday..The cover promised a blood drenched gore filled movie....While it wasn't a bad movie it wasn't what the cover promised

No Probs. I don't know that much about H.G Well's either, just that he wrote the original story.

Can't wait until I get decent paychecks. Need to check out the DVD section of the record store.
Because of my time off at Christmas and 2 weeks later for exams, my paychecks are only for one week. I need to go on a shopping spree big_smile

Cockneys Vs Zombies was a fun zombie flick, if I may say so my self

Just watched Eyes of a Stranger recently for the first time, much like Hitchcock and I live Jeniffer-Jason Liegh!

Dredd was mindless action packed goodness.
