Making some home-made low fat chili tonight.
1 lb lo-fat ground Turkey
15 oz diced tomatoes
8 oz tomato sauce (saltless)
1 green pepper, chopped and seeded
1/2 medium size onion, chopped
2 tbsp chili powder
15 0z kidney beans, cleaned and rinsed
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp of lemon juice
2 cups water
Soooooo good...and super-healthy!
