Japanese Cyberpunk

Hi.

I saw 'Tetsuo: The Iron Man' recently and it was fantastic. Apparently it's the defining movie of the japanese cyberpunk genre... a genre taking influence from films like Eraserhead, Videodrome and Bladerunner..

Does anyone know anything about this genre?
