PERSONAL EFFETS [2009]

Kutcher, Michelle Pfeiffer and Katie Bates to name a few. Rad one. Very cool story. Loving these kinds of psychological crazy dramas.

10/10

RIGHTEOUS KILL [2008] rewatch

De Niro and Pacino together. Finally one I don't mix them up as I always do. lol
And a great cop/serial killer one at that. They've got some hilarious lines in that.
Leguizamo and the lovely and great Carla Gugino are in too. Enjoying.

666/10

HOW TO LOSE FRIENDS & ALIENATE PEOPLE [2006] rewatch

Simon Pegg, Jeff Bridges, Kristen Dunst, Gillian Anderson and Megan Fox with a huge cleveage dress getting out of a pool. Enough said.
Oh maybe add that it's HILARIOUS!!!

666/10

V FOR VENDETTA [2005] rewatch for like the 100th time and more.

ANARCHY!!! smile
This is such a brilliant masterpiece and a really good adaptation of the comic. Fantastic acting, gotta LOOOoooOOOoooVE Natalie. And Agent Smith is far from bad too.
The most beautiful scenes to me are the rain/lighting hands up flashing with V getting outta the fire and the kiss on the mask. So full of meaning and thoughts and questions and admiration and wowness.

Ahh great Burton man boy. A wonderful bringing to this age he's done with the old school monkeys tale. Loving the ships/shuttles designs. And man wowowowowowow Estella's cleveage is killer. Character development is excellent. The girl monkey played by Helena Bonham Carter is fantastic. And Kris Convoi Kristofferson. And all the others. Great set work.

SUCKER PUNCH [2011] rewatch, think I watched this like a million times.

Man, that is to me one of my best movies EVER, I just dig every damn thing in it. And woah, Emily Browning, VANESSA HUDGENS, Abbie Cornish and Jena Malone equals lots of drooling happening. lol

I love how he mixed the various things like the Zombie Nazis, the wild robots in the train and the martial arts fight. But H3LL the robot with a bunny face was so damn cool. And Emily delivers an incredible performance, well everybody in it does but as she's the main character, she steals the show. Yup I LOOOVE this movie.

Iron Man 3.  The first half kind of drags but it really kicks in during the second half.  The twist is pretty funny, but feels more than a little like a cheat.  Interestingly enough Stark spends more time out of his suit than in it in this one, but RDJ's so enjoyable even during the more dramatic moments that you don't miss the suit all that much.

It does have its flaws, but there are worse ways to spend two hours of your day.  6/10.

Man the dude in the iron suit is my favorite Super Hero with Spidey and I just cannot wait to see Gwyneth in a Mark suit. That'll be VERY enjoyable. big_smile

WRECK IT RALPH [2012]

Wow man what a great hilarious animated fantastic piece.
And the voices are great, Reilly rocks so do the others.
Story and characters were just perfectly done.
Was cool to get back into updated Nintendo and Pac0Man days. big_smile

And that blonde makes me think so much of the girl in the never ended project from Blizzard Starcraft Ghost.

TEQUILA SUNRISE [1988]

Kilmer, Gibson and Pfeiffer in a crime thigy which was great.
Crazy bridge fire at the end. And superior acting. They were younger then and it's cool. They didn't age that much except Mad Max Gibson.

8/10

Now watching an old school movie with a King which rides a horse with a flower bouquet in the head. Black and white so I can't figure out what that ugly thing looks like in color. The Queen is a bitch, she wants to divorce and she's beaten the King who said that he was the best player of England at cards. A divorce played at cards, weird for that time. Loving this olf school soundtrack though. And cool images too.

EDIT - Damn, it's NOT Kilmer but freaking Kurt Russel in Tequila. Always mix them up just like Pacino and De Niro. roll

Oh man, what an amazing film.
Hippies, dope, Dennis Hooper on a Harley. AND Fonda & Nicholson.
Can't ask for more. big_smile

THE ROCK [1996]

Take Alcatraz and put Nicolas Cage as a Nuke specialist, Sean Connery as one that escaped from there before and Ed Harris as a General with a great reputation in Vietnam gone bomb terrorist. Now add lots of insanely funny lines, tension, bombs, lots of gun shots and broken glasses and you have a freaking awesome movie.

Sean Connery is to me the best actor ever along with Nicholson.

Sadly last night all the others were boring romantic stuff. I normally like these but not yesterday.

Iron Man 3 (2013)

Iron Man 3 kickstart Marvel's Phase 3 and this Iron Man was different from the previous 2 entries. Not in a good way, or a bad way but it was a different way to establish the Marvel universe. I liked it but I was dissapointed with how The Mandarin was handled and how inaccurate he was to the comics, and I won't spoil it but nonetheless I thought Ben Kingsley was good portraying him. Overall it's a fun Summer flick.

GEORGIA RULE [2007]

Rachel wrote:

I'll find your boyfriends and I'll fuck them stupid.

I sure wish the girl of my wet dreams Lindsay would do that to me. lol

Also featuring the 2 freaking brilliant Jane Fonda and Felicity Hoffman.
What a great ride full of sexualy explicit lines but also extremely touching as the father used to fuck her when she was young and it makes this unfunctional family see things an another way. Granma Georgia is utterly strict and tries to prevent everything to fall apart.

Excellent storyline and cool camera work. Character development is just damn perfect.

But H3LL man, Lilo is way too sexy hoooooot!!!
