I really doubt it, they keep getting dumber and dumber as time goes on...but I will never stop blowing money to see/buy them.

Re: Do you think, you will 'outgrow' the horror genre?

I still like horror movies just not as forgiving when I see one that sucks. with kids and everything when I actually get 2 hours to watch one i gotta go for the sure thing such as "the conjuring". that's also assuming i stay awake for the whole thing lol

Re: Do you think, you will 'outgrow' the horror genre?

43 and watched this stuff since I was 8... Rather doubt it lol

Re: Do you think, you will 'outgrow' the horror genre?

f the idea of genre. I am 35 and still believe stars on thares is a great piece of work. judge art and/or entertainment for it's own merit.

fyi, the butter battle book is worth a read too.

Hahaha Yeah but don't, just don't. Why the H3LL would you anyways. big_smile

Re: Do you think, you will 'outgrow' the horror genre?

Possibly the replacement of the horror genre by the teenage splatter genre, but I doubt it even then.

Re: Do you think, you will 'outgrow' the horror genre?

You know seriously ive wondered this very question to myself on several occasions but ill probably never outgrow horror. I will say that my taste has been refined over the years and ive gotten to a point where im amazed if i haven't guessed the ending by the movies half way mark. I will say that every couple years a movie comes along that reaffirms why i enjoy the horror genre and ill probably always be pulled back by that.
