Topic: The Horror Movie Goofs Project

Have you caught a boom mic dipping into frame?  The zipper on the back of a monster suit?  Maybe an inconsistency in blood spatter (I'm talking to you, Evil Dead and Evil Dead 2!)?  Post it here.  Feel free to include an accompanying pic if you're able, but no nudity, please -- you guys know the rules. wink

To kick it off, I'll start with this gag I spotted while researching my Many Faces of Michael Myers series, from Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers:

Early on the in the flick a heavily bandaged Shape attacks a pair of paramedics while being transferred.  The goof: a badly framed prop arm for the "thumb to the forehead" gag.

Trick Or Treat (1986). There's a scene in which the main character, Eddie, is sitting in a chair (reading a magazine I think) and you can clearly see this big orange/red boom mic at the top of the screen. I can't seem to find a picture of this shot anywhere. But this particular goof has stuck with me in my memory for quite a long time.

Y'know, I've never seen that flick.  But I'll keep an eye out for that bit if I ever get around to it.

And now I present to you the case of the Clean Shirt/Dirty Shirt.  In the Lucio Fulci flick Zombie (aka Zombi 2 and Zombie Flesh Eaters), a conquistador zombie rises from its grave to take a bite of Auretta Gaye's comely throat.  When it rises, despite having been buried for centuries, its shirt is nice and clean:

But a moment later, it's shirt is ratty and dirty:

Re: The Horror Movie Goofs Project

There is a scene in Hellboy where his "right hand of doom" turns into the "left hand of doom". lol

Can't remember exactly when it happens, a friend pointed it out to me so I had to rewatch and confirm and sure enough. Its been hears ago now though.
