Hahahaha very funny Rip. It's a boxing movie that stars Antonio Bandarios and Woody Harrison. And then the other movie i listed called Stickmen is a billiards movie, or to you pool. Which is about a a couple guys who have been friends for a long time and shoot pool and join a tournament and call themselves The Stickmen.

Actually it isn't that gay at all. Hey there is a hot Lucy Liu in the movie who plays as a complete slut. But it isn't gay at all. And from your previous statement, i only playing for one team and one team only and you can ask my girlfriend about that too.

Re: Favorite Sports movies

What about White Men Cant Jump or Blue Chips?

Re: Favorite Sports movies

Yeah both of those are pretty decent. I actually like White Men Can't Jump over Blue Chips.

Re: Favorite Sports movies

Awesome lists, BDD and RIP.

Mine (in order):

1. "White Men Can't Jump <-- for me, without a doubt No. 1
2. "Bull Durham"
3. "Long Gone" <-- obscure '80s HBO movie no one has seen; quite brilliant tho
4. "Rudy"
5. "Rocky IV" <-- best sports montage ever when he's training in the snow/cabin
6. "Major League" <-- pulp, yeah, but sssooo well done and w/ so many laughs
7. "Brewster's Millions" <-- *barely* a sports movie but I'ma call it one
8. "Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story" <-- again, barely but let's go with it
9. "The Best of Times" <-- painful to watch, but so well done
10. "Wildcats" <-- my fave football movie, without a doubt ("Rudy" is just deeper, so higher ranked)

I never took to classics like "Hoosiers" and "Field of Dreams" and "Rookie of the Year" ... sacrelige to say, I know, but I have sometime weird tastes in movies. tongue
