Re: What's the last book you read or bought?

Recently  I was out of town the past 4 days so I made a trip to a  Barnes and Noble store and found and bought the movie novelization of the movie Aliens.  From what I read on wikipedia, the Aliens movie novel has the Special Edition stuff such as Ripley looking at a electronic photo of  her dead daughter etc.

Recently started reading Stephen King's "Christine."

Not one of his I've read. I'll get to it eventually, I'm sure.

Re: What's the last book you read or bought?

As big a horror fan as I am, I've read surprisingly few of King's books.  This is my first time reading Christine.  So far, so good.  But one thing I've noticed about King in the few books of his I've read is that while his books are exceedingly well-written and the stories in and of themselves are dynamic and expertly composed, his endings tend to suck big, fat, hairy balls.  I'm hoping Christine isn't another case in point.

I'm re-reading most of the Books of Blood by Clive Barker. Kinda got back into them when I heard they were making Jaqueline Ess into a movie soon. They're good short stories, perfect for when you just have a half hour to do something quick.
