And it's exactly what it is.

Accept, Black Sabbath, Metallica and the whole Trash/Speed Metal beginning. Yeah I know Black Sabbath isn't Trash but they sure influenced it very much. smile

Re: Last Documentary You Watched?

Kicked off my one-month free trial membership on Netflix by watching Birth of the Living Dead (2013), a documentary about the making of and subsequent cultural and historical impact of Romero's Night of the Living Dead.  Very good doc, with a number of tidbits even my detail-obsessive ass didn't know about.  Well worth checking out.

Showrunner.  Lon - If you happen to be reading this and you have not seen this doc, it is pretty much made for you.  It was a great doc, about tv scripts / writing / production.

Re: Last Documentary You Watched?

Cobain: Montage of Heck (2015), a new and powerfully moving doc chronicling the life of Kurt Cobain, from childhood, through his rise to Rock God, and the unfortunate set of circumstances leading up to his suicide.  Co-produced by Cobain's daughter, the filmmakers were given unrestricted access to Cobain's home recordings, home movies, music, etc.

A refreshing change of pace from most rock docs, there's no subjective worshiping of Cobain by the filmmakers, no biased slants (everyone interviewed is direct and honest in their responses) and the whole thing is put together and laid out for you completely free of judgment or favor.  As such this is a must-see for Nirvana fans, and I highly recommend to rock doc fans in general.  10/10
