This movie looks and sounds great. I can't wait to check it out. You just can't go wrong with Marky Mark and Jack Nicholson.

I would like to see it in the movies but probably not lol..so actually all the good ones coming out like TCM the begining and SAW 3 I won't see until they come out on DVD sad

just got back from watching this flick, Wow, what and awesome movie, the whole cast delivers,  Mark Wahlberg was awesome even though he wasnt in it that much, he was great as was Alec baldwin.  Highly recommend you all go see this flick, i think this could be the best film of the year.

All the reviews i read said that it was very violent and dark like his other gangster films. So i went and watched it and it was ok but no where near as good as goodfellas or casino for that matter. It was more of a comedy than a gangster film. Any  gangster film is not a gangster film unless there italian american in my eyes. It just doesnt have the same effect. It just didn't feel like a gangster film. The violence isn't too extreme either like it is in goodfellas and casino. I would give it 7 out of 10. Lots of reviews have said it's the best mob film since the godfather, well thats aload of bollocks right there. There's hardly any action it it. it's like 70% talkin and 30% action. Bring back de niro and pesci i say.

lol casino is fkn long and boring - cant wait for it to end

but departed is also long, but not boring - it keeps strong interest to see it out till the end
and goodfellas - not many memories coming back - but, i think it was better than casino

Yeah great film!! And great soundtrack tooo!! So Colin (Matt Damon) is gay in that film? They never really said it but you can really see it! lol
