I didn't see this posted anywhere, but i think we Finaly getting a good killer rat movie on way, The Trailer didn't give away that much.

It is one of the first films to be announced for this years AfterDark horror fest lineup

Yea which means it will hit theaters in Mid Nov. then hit DVD from Lionsgate early next year..

So I just saw Mulberry Street.  It was good, but not great.  Very reminiscent of 28 Days Later, with an infection being spread throughout Manhattan but by rats and rat-like zombies.  A little slow at times and the ending left me feeling unsatisfied.  I will write a full review in the morning....right now it is 230am and I am exhausted.  The review will be the first thing I do when I get up though.

It was enjoyable but had a lot of short comings that kept it from pushing into something bigger and better.  It is still enjoyable and worth a view.
