Zombie Night
In Theatre : Unknown Director(s): Nuclear warheads with biological payloads detonate in cities all over the world. The war lasts only minutes but in the aftermath of biological nuclear fallout, survivors find their planet changed forever and realize a horror more devastating than war itself... A chemical in the nuclear warheads is turning those within the blast radius into the walking dead. After a relaxing week by the lake, Mark (John Carson), his wife Amber (Andrea Ramolo) and their daughter Mily (Deanna Wales) are returning to their home in the city. Having no access to radio or television during their vacation, the little family is unaware of the tragedy that has befallen the city they call home. When Mark turns on the car radio and learns of the devastation that awaits them, he knows he must do something to protect his family. Dave (Danny Ticknovich) is also seeking help for his wife and daughter when he encounters Mark and his family at an abandoned store, where they have taken shelter.
While trying to save Dave’s family, they are joined by group of survivors who have managed to evade the effects of the warhead chemical. Amongst these survivors are Keith (Steve Curtis), Shelley (Sandra Segovic) and Derek (Dwayne Moniz) who are also seeking asylum. Ultimately, the zombies, obsessed by their ravenous desire for flesh, sniff out the survivors and attack, taking many victims. Driven out from their safe haven, the sanity of some within the group begins to erode. In their quest for sanctuary, they encounter many more survivors and the living begins to grow in number. Under Dave’s leadership, the survivors learn how to protect themselves and begin to fight back. However, in this new world, nothing is safe for long. Those that remain must watch as friends and family are transformed into an ungodly enemy, bloody flesh eating monsters that will stop at nothing until their food source runs out!
