Garris Leaves Fear

Yesterday the first set of directors for NBC's show Fear Itself was announced. The man who helped create the show, Mick Garris had to leave the show due to the Writer's Strike. So, now with the strike over the question comes up: Will Garris return? Dread Central found out that Garris has left the show.

However, its not all that bad news, Garris is now working on a new project...thats right, you guessed it, another Stephen King adaptation. Between him and Frank Darabont, Garris has cornered the market on King adaptations. The new story for Garris is King's short story Bag of Bones. Despite Garris' departure, I hope Fear Itself turns out good. Catch it when it airs this summer.
