Paramounts new Crazed Thriller

William Monaghan according to Variety will be writing a new thriller for Paramount that is based on a true story. The story is so insane I am wondering how much will be true and how much made up.

It's the story of a drug dealer who traded a prison sentence to go undercover at a maximum security hospital for the criminally insane, where he tried to get a serial killer to divulge the whereabouts of his victims.
