Trapped Renamed, DeadLands 2

Gary Ugarek director of Deadlands has renamed the sequel 'Trapped' to Dead Lands 2: Trapped. Frankly I think its a SMART move. Since the film is an indie zombie film which has been well received its best to make that association so the fans know. He tells us quote;

In other news, I have decided to change the title of the film, Trapped will now be Deadlands 2: Trapped, but in the Romero style of zombie films, you will not need to have seen Deadlands: The Rising to see Deadlands 2: Trapped.

As you guys know Jim Krut, the helicopter zombie from Dawn of the Dead has completed his scenes, and we will be unleashing the first ten minutes of the film in the next 3 months online.

A new trailer is also in the works, and should be ready by July 1st 2008.

This time around a group of helpless citizens are trapped inside a theater while the undead are roaming the streets. Checkout a VERY short teaser below.
