Knights Templar vs Vampires

From our friends at theMovieBlog comes word that WANTED and Night Watch director Timur Bekmambetov  is working on a new film that pitches the Knights Templar up against Vampires.

I am a history nut and get a real kick out of ancient organizations like Templars and Masons.

The Knights Templar is a topic i find very cool and the premise of the film does make me think it could be fun. Horror + Knights Templar + Vampires = Potentially kick ass fun!

The premise is that the Knights Templar must protect the Holy Grail from a massive invading army.. only this time its a massive invading army of Vampires. The film is being developed by Universal and has so much potential. Lets hope it delivers!
