Ben Barnes Becomes Dorian Gray

Today the trades are reporting that Oscar Wildes The Picture of Dorian Gray is going to be adapted for the big screen. Ben Barnes whose now on screens as Prince Caspian, will star as the titular character Dorian Gray. Producer Barnaby Thompson and director Oliver Parker will reunite once again for this film.

Unfortunately all details on the film are being kept under lock and key. But Thompson did say that Parker wants to make this "a visceral, dark horror story". Shooting is expected to begin at the end of July. Be sure to keep it here for more on this.
