Adam Sandler Tries A Shortcut
Adam Sandler and his comedy shingle, Happy Madison, are known for pumping out comedies. Today THR announced that Sandler is going to try his hand at the "thriller" genre by creating a new production company he will call Scary Madison. Shortcut will jump start the company with Nicholaus Goosen at the helm.
The movie centers on two brothers who come upon a rarely used shortcut in their new town -- and soon discover the reasons why it's so rarely used. The script was co-written by Scott Sandler and Dan Hannon. Production is scheduled to start next month in Saskatchewan, with a SAG waiver already granted.
