Repo! Hitting DVD in January

Repo! The Genetic Opera (review) hasn't even hit theaters yet and we already have word of the DVD coming out in January according to STYD. I think this all but confirms that the film is going to receive a very small theatrical run and then be put out on DVD. My guess is that they are gonna put a lot on this disc though.

That has kind of been the nature of this film. It has always been the film for the few. So in order to appease those fans who don't get to see it in theaters on November 7th they will cram the DVD. Now of course this is just my speculation. I wouldn't be surprised if they either include soundtrack or at least sell it seperately. As soon as we get an exact date and more details we will let you know.
