Underworld 3 Trailer Online

No, this isn't some kinda prank of someone on youtube cobbling together footage from the first two Underworld movies and blending it with other vampire/werewolf flicks. However, this trailer isn't the highest form of quality. It is obviously recorded in a movie theater and I won't dwell upon the illegality of recording devices in theaters...everyone hopefully knows the law but each to their own.

Dailymotion got a hold of the trailer and though the image quality isn't quite that good, there are enough details to make out and all I gotta say is DAMN. D A M N. It looks good. Can't wait for a higher quality trailer to hit online. Don't know how long it will be online before Screen Gems yanks it down (probably will see an official trailer cropping up within a few weeks imo) so check it fast.

I gotta say, first time director Patrick Tatopoulos looks like he hits a homer here and for anyone who has decided to ignore the film since it doesn't have Kate Beckinsale...watch it...I can honestly say it looks like it's gonna be kicking some serious ass.  The trailer has me jazzed up more than ever and for folks who didn't like Evolution (I liked it), UW3 is looking good and can only hope for the best.

We'll update y'all when a much clearer, higher def trailer crops up online, but for now (until it gets pulled), take a gander. Underworld: Rise of the Lycans hits screens January 23, 2009.
