Rocky Horror Picture Remake Gets Funding

The Rocky Horror Picture Show which is a movie I despise with all my heart and soul is being remade. Not new news since we already told you that but Variety is now reporting that MTV has funding and the project is moving ahead.

If you are a fan of the original do you plan on seeing this? It is also noted that the co-star and writer of the original Richard O'Brien  wil not be returning. Big shock there. They will likely cast Paris Hilton, Fergie, Ice Cube and maybe Lohan... you know for credibility.
