First Trailer for Painted Skin

About a week ago, Meh gave us a look at the film Painted Skin as some of the first video surfaced.  Now from TwitchFilm comes the first official trailer for the supernatural kung-fu film. I still wonder exactly how much supernatural element it will have, but the trailer definately gave me a better feeling on the project. 

Painted Skin is based on a story within Strange Tales of Liaozhai which is a book of Chinese classic tales similar to Grimms Fairy Tales in the states.  The story is about a love hate relationship between a vixen spirit and a group of humans. The pic will be helmed by none other than Wilson Yip. You may not recognize the name but he directed Bio-Zombie and was also an actor in the Pang Brothers The Eye. Yip has directed countless films in China and is very well known in China. Andy Chin will co-direct.
