Voiceover King Don LaFontaine Dies

So a sad day for the entertainment industry as legendary voice-over king Don LaFontaine died at the age of 68 from complication from pneumothorax after his lung collapsed. To steal his famous line, in a world where movie trailers entertain, Don LaFountaine was king.  Without a doubt LaFontaine's voice is recognized by all as it has been heard in almost anything entertainment related as he voiced over 5,000 movie trailers and 300,000 radio & TV commercials.  He also was the in show announcer for the SAG Awards and the Oscars.  His busy schedule made him one of, if not the busiest actor in the history of the Screen Actors Guild.

RIP Don LaFontaine. Movie trailers wont sound the same without you.
