Jovovich Joins Clock Tower

Not to long ago it was revealed that Brittany Snow was cast in the video game to film adaptation of Clock Tower. This move really alienated a lot of people myself included. Today however B-D has learned that Milla Jovovich will headline the film as Alyssa Barron.

This move makes me feel slightly better than I did when Snow was cast. Especially with the news that Jovovich will actually be playing the lead. Well thats how it appears at this point. We'll have to see when this news is made official in the trades.

The story will follow closely to the Clock Tower 3 video game. The screenplay concerns a young woman, Alyssa Hamilton, who receives a disturbing phone call from her estranged mother warning her not to come home. When she investigates, she uncovers a terrible supernatural truth from her past.
