Friday the 13th Remake - Alternate Ending?
Platinum Dunes has shot some additional scenes for the New Line Cinema remake of Friday the 13th. The movie stars Derek Mears, as the infamous Jason Vorhees, chasing down a bunch of teens staying at a cabin near Camp Crystal Lake. No details about the content of the additional scenes has been released, but could we be seeing additional footage on the DVD?? We'll have to wait to find out.
Returning to the story that started it all, this retelling of the original Friday the 13th heads back to summer camp where a mysterious killer is systematically slaughtering the teenage camp counselors. Friday the 13th hits theaters on February 13, 2009.
