Zombieland Release Date Set

A new horror comedy starring Woody Harrelson and Jesse Einberg, from Columbia Pictures, has just announced that it will be released on October 9, 2009.  Ruben Fleischer directs this zombie romp.

Harrelson plays Albuquerque, described as "the most frightened person on earth", and he and Einberg, who plays Flagstaff, are a mix-matched pair that try to lead a band of survivors and find safety.

All this thanks to STYD, with an added bonus regarding the title.  Zombieland refers to an old funeral home turned to morbid attraction, which they call Zombieland!
