Jason Reitman Has Serial Killer Days

Jason Reitman who directed JUNO a non horror title but a darn good one is taking a stab at a very dark comedy. He is producing a film titled 'Serial Killer Days' which tells the story of a town that has become the hunting grounds for a serial killer.

Rather then cowering or flee'ing to the hills the town capitalizes on this problem by running festivals and fairs all dedicated to the fact that their town has a serial killer who has not been caught. An interesting angle and one if done right that could be hilarious and gruesome.

The film is being written by Mark Carter who has alot of experience as an assistant director but not much credited work as a writer. Should be interesting to see how it turns out.
