Cabin in the Woods Casting Wrong!

Joss Whedon weighed in today on his official site in reference to a piece in the New York Times saying that the casting of Jena Malone and Bill Nighy  is wrong. He also says that the plot they got was wrong.

He says on his blog that he and his team are deliberately going to be crapping on the mainstream press by leaking all kinds of wrong information to throw people off. I can understand Joss's need to protect his film and keep it a secret but seriously... does deliberately leaking false information somehow help you? Just keep a lid on yer crew and then you dont have to play parlour tricks.
